Pamela contacted me a few weeks ago saying she had bid on a photography session I had donated to a Keller Williams Christmas Party. All the proceeds from the auction items were donated to KW Cares, a foundation that gives back to its realtors who have medical, financial, or other needs. Upon asking a few questions, we decided to shape our photoshoot around a date night in downtown Greenville. I really wanted to make this more of a lifestyle photoshoot, rather than a boring formal portrait shoot.
We met at Bellacino’s and started our walking photo session from there. This was the first time I had done a session quite like this and I was really excited. We decided to just walk around downtown and as interesting places would present themselves, we’d stop for a picture or two. I had a great time doing the photo session this way. It guaranteed Pam and J’s pictures to not be like a lot of other photos that are taken downtown. We skipped the Reedy River park/area and looked for more off-the-beaten-path-places.
It took a little bit for J to warm up to me, but I think I won him over in the end. These two have been together since high school, how sweet is that? I am so thankful I was able to spend a little bit of time with them and I was really happy with how their pictures turned out! Pam and J, it was great meeting you guys! I can’t wait to meet your dog next time! To see more of there pictures, you can do so here. Below are just a few of my favorites.
I would love to do another downtown session like this one, so let me know if you are interested!
