I almost hate to bring this up, considering October isn’t even over with, but it is time to start thinking about Christmas pictures. It seems almost every year the Christmas festivities begin earlier and earlier with the stores and malls. They seem to rush through October and Halloween and immediately jump onto Christmas, with out a single thought to Thanksgiving. Next to Christmas, Thanksgiving is perhaps the next important holiday we as Americans can celebrate. We have so much to be thankful for in our nation, yet so many people get focused on the hustle and bustle of Christmas and decorating and gift-giving. Don’t get me wrong, all of that is fine, in its own time and place, but Thanksgiving is so often overlooked and rushed through. It is such a wonderful time of the year to reflect on the blessings the Lord has given all of us. This year, let’s not jump immediately into the Christmas festivities. Instead, let’s focus on the ways we have been blessed as a nation, then perhaps Christmas will have a little more meaning this year.
With that said. . . if you would like to have pictures taken for your Christmas cards, please get in touch with me quickly. My dates are filling up, but I still have several available if you are interested. If you normally create a Christmas card online and need a digital file to do so, for Christmas sessions only, individual files may be available for purchase. Typically I don’t make individual files available for purchase, you have to buy the entire CD of images from a session. However, I understand many of you will only need one or two files to create your Christmas cards, so I am offering this special until December 4.
Once your session’s images have been edited and placed on my online gallery for ordering and viewing, you can simply let me know which file you’d like to purchase to use for your Christmas cards. Once payment has been secured, I will send you a CD with your images on them.
The price of these individual files will be $10 a piece. With this price comes all the rights to use the image however you desire. This special pricing will only be available until December 4,2010, so be sure to let me know which files you’d like to purchase before that date.
