So far this summer has been amazing and it is flying by too quickly. It started off with a bang when I quit my part-time job working for a local Realtor, had my beautiful son Wyatt, and now I’ve quit my other part-time job of transcription. I know, I had a lot going on! I always thought I liked to be busy, but it wasn’t until I wasn’t busy that I realized just how nice not being busy is!
In the week or so that I’ve had just for my family, upon quitting the transcription, I have gotten so many things done! I feel re-energized and ready to hit the fall full throttle. I am working on restructuring some things in my business, redefining what exactly I want to shoot, and hammering out details of what I want my style to be. It’s been fun and a little daunting as I try and put together who and what I want my business to be.
First and foremost is my family, they will always come first over my business. But I want to provide my clients with an experience they will remember with laughter and as having a good time. I know for a lot of people having their picture taken is more of a chore and something that has to be done to please mom. But I want it to be more than that, I want it to be a fun time and something they would even consider doing again.
I’m working on ways to surprise my clients and to provide the kind of experience I would want to have.
Have a great Thursday!
